Cathy will be featuring a vertical of 25 vintages from her historical Kronos Vineyard in Napa Valley available to purchase à la carte, to enjoy alongside our nightly menu. Cathy Corison, the first woman Winemaker-Proprietor in Napa Valley, crafts exceptional Cabernet Sauvignons known for their powerful yet elegant character. Sourced from prime vineyards between Rutherford and St. Helena, her grapes thrive in deep, stony alluvial soils. As she approaches her 38th vintage, she focuses on complex wines that express unique terroir. These Cabernets feature juicy fruit flavors with hints of violet and spice, aging in French oak barrels for added complexity; enjoyable now and capable of long-term development.
