The Mezzanine Experience: Frequently Asked Questions

When will I select my menu?
There is no menu selection needed. Our Chefs will design your menu on the day of your reservation, it will feature seasonal highlights and Progress favorites. The menu consists of three courses, served family style, plus chef snacks to start and dessert to finish. Add-ons are available to select in the form.

My guests have allergies, how do I communicate that?
The form will collect this information ahead of time, but our team will also double check with your guests once seated. Those with dietary restrictions will be served an altered or alternate course as needed.

Can you charge the card used to book the reservation?
This card is not accessible outside of OpenTable, and will only be used in the event of a cancellation within 5 days of the reservation. If you would like to place a credit card on file for payment, please fill out the form below..

What is your corkage policy?
750ml bottles: $40 for the first and second bottles each, $80 for the third, $120 for the fourth, magnums: the equivalent of 2 bottles. Buy a bottle from us and we will waive one of yours!

What is the cancellation policy?
We ask that you cancel the reservation via email at least 6 days prior to the booking date. Cancellations within 5 days of the reservation will be subject to a charge of half the food and beverage minimum. Day of cancellations will be subject to the full food and beverage minimum.
